24/7 Technical Service
In order to address customer requirements for a full 24/7 technical service, the following workaround supported by u²t`s worldwide sales partners has been defined:
Technical contacts are determined for each core market region, i.e.:
- Japan
- China
- Europe (u²t headquarters)
- US
Given the shifted time zones of each location this results will be in a global 24-h coverage, at least for an initial contact. It is meant as a matter of fact that u²t will act as the primary contact partner for any issue which cannot be resolved by the local sales partners.
For weekends and national holidays in Germany, a telephone hotline is available which establishes a connection to u²t technical support in standby mode.
